Warranty & Replacement
Clear guidance on manufacturer warranties, replacement options, and DANANOA's 90-day return support.

Manufacturer Warranties & 90-Day Returns
Many products sold on dananoacard.com may include a written warranty from the manufacturer. Warranty availability, duration, covered components, exclusions, and remedies vary by product. A manufacturer warranty applies only when it is identified on the product page, included with the product, or otherwise provided in writing by the manufacturer.
Where a written warranty is offered, please review its complete terms before purchase. If the terms are not displayed on the product page, contact us and we will help you locate or request the applicable warranty information. The specific written warranty—not this summary—controls the claim.
DANANOA's 90-day free-return policy is separate from any manufacturer warranty. Eligible products may be returned within 90 calendar days of delivery with DANANOA-paid authorized return shipping and no restocking fee.
Warranty Coverage
Subject to the specific manufacturer's written terms, warranty coverage may include or exclude the following examples:
- Manufacturing defects
- Defective parts
- Mechanical or electrical component failures during covered normal use
- Damage due to misuse or abuse
- Damage caused by improper assembly, installation, anchoring, or maintenance
- Damage caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs
- Normal wear and tear
- Normal weathering, fading, corrosion, or cosmetic change that does not affect covered performance
- Damage caused by severe weather, accidents, or other external events
How to Request Warranty Service
If you encounter a problem with your product, follow these steps:
Contact contact@dananoacard.com or call +1 (307) 999-4543. Include your order number, full name, product model, serial number if available, date the issue began, a clear description, and relevant photos or video when reasonably available.
We will review the information and the applicable written warranty. Depending on the manufacturer, DANANOA may help submit the claim, provide the manufacturer's claim instructions, or direct you to the manufacturer for service. The manufacturer may request additional diagnostics, documents, photos, or proof of purchase.
If the claim is approved, the available remedy may be troubleshooting, a replacement part, repair, unit replacement, or another remedy stated in the applicable warranty. Please do not discard, dismantle, return, or arrange freight for a product until written instructions are provided.
Replacement Parts
Many product issues can be resolved with replacement parts rather than replacing the entire product. When an approved warranty remedy involves parts:
- The manufacturer or its service provider may ship the part directly to the customer.
- Installation responsibility and labor coverage are determined by the written warranty.
- Follow the product and manufacturer instructions. Use a qualified professional when the work requires specialized tools, electrical work, structural work, or creates a safety risk.
- Do not hire a technician or purchase a replacement part expecting reimbursement unless the cost is approved in writing in advance.
Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims
Shipping responsibility depends on whether the request is a DANANOA return or a manufacturer warranty claim:
- Within the eligible 90-day return window: DANANOA covers authorized return shipping through a prepaid parcel label or coordinated freight arrangement.
- Manufacturer warranty service: Shipping, freight, labor, removal, reinstallation, and service-call costs follow the specific written warranty and applicable law.
Important Warranty Information
This page is a general service guide and is not a separate written product warranty. A manufacturer warranty applies only according to its complete written terms. DANANOA does not expand or replace a manufacturer's warranty unless a separate DANANOA warranty is expressly provided in writing for the specific product.
Nothing on this page excludes or limits any implied warranty or consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable federal or state law. A modification, repair, or third-party part does not automatically void an entire warranty; however, damage caused by that work or part may be excluded under the applicable warranty.
