Yes, 100%. Every hobby box, mega box, blaster, and case sold by Dananoa Card is guaranteed to be brand new, factory sealed in original manufacturer shrink wrap (Topps, Panini, Upper Deck, Pokemon Company, etc.), completely unsearched, unmapped, and unweighted.
How are boxes packaged to prevent damage during transit?
We know box condition is essential to collectors. All orders are packed using thick industrial bubble wrap, protective air pillows, and reinforced double-wall corrugated shipping boxes to ensure they arrive in pristine mint condition.
How fast is delivery within the United States?
Standard delivery takes 3 to 5 business days across the contiguous United States via USPS Ground Advantage, Priority Mail, or UPS Ground. Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST typically dispatch the same business day from our Columbus, Ohio warehouse. Free shipping applies to orders over $100.
How do hobby box presales and preorders work?
When you place a preorder for an upcoming product, your allocation is locked in directly with our distributor. Your order will ship on or immediately prior to the official manufacturer street release date. Tracking details will be emailed as soon as your parcel is labeled.
What is your return policy on trading cards?
We offer a 30-day return window for unopened, unaltered, factory-sealed boxes and cases in their original manufacturer wrap. Due to the collectible nature of trading cards, opened boxes or packs with broken shrinkwrap cannot be returned.
