How to cancel an order, what happens next, and what to do if your order has already shipped.
At DANANOA LLC, we know that plans can change. This page tells you how to cancel an order, what happens after you do, and what you can do if your order has already been shipped.
Can I Cancel My Order?
Submitting a cancellation request does not by itself confirm cancellation because orders can move quickly through fulfillment. An order is canceled only when DANANOA sends a cancellation confirmation. If the order has already shipped, it remains eligible for our 90-day free-return process.
How to Request a Cancellation
If you need to cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible using one of the following:
What If My Order Has Already Been Shipped?
We cannot cancel an order after it has been handed to the carrier. However, you may request a return within 90 calendar days of delivery.
- We provide a free prepaid parcel label or coordinate an authorized freight return
- No restocking fee on approved returns
- Returned products are normally inspected within 72 hours of receipt
- An approved refund is issued within 7 business days after inspection

What If I Ordered the Wrong Item?
Contact us immediately if you find out you ordered the wrong item. We can cancel your order and help you place the correct one if it has not yet shipped. Our return policy applies if it has already been shipped.
Cancellations by DANANOA LLC
In very rare cases, we may need to cancel your order. This can happen if:
- The item is out of stock or no longer available
- We are unable to verify your payment details
- We are unable to confirm your shipping address
- There is a pricing or listing error on the product
- We identify a fraud, security, legal, or delivery restriction that prevents fulfillment
If DANANOA cancels an order, we will notify you promptly by email and issue a full refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. We do not substitute store credit unless you expressly request and agree to it.
Shipping Delays & Your Cancellation Choice
If we learn that we cannot ship within the delivery estimate communicated for your order, we will provide a delay notice and a revised estimate when available. Where required by law, you may agree to the revised shipping date or cancel the unshipped order for a full refund. If we cannot fulfill an order, we will cancel it and refund the amount paid rather than issue store credit.
A carrier delay after shipment is handled under our Shipping Policy and does not reduce your rights under the 90-day return policy.
Refund After Cancellation
Once your cancellation is confirmed, DANANOA will void an unsettled payment authorization or issue a refund for a settled charge:
For a partial cancellation, we refund the canceled item and adjust applicable tax or order-level charges as appropriate. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to display a released authorization or refund after we process it.
