How Orders Are Fulfilled
Orders are fulfilled and shipped from U.S.-based facilities, and the shipping origin may vary by product. We currently deliver to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States. Standard and freight shipping are free for eligible orders, with no minimum purchase requirement.
Small and medium products normally ship by parcel carrier. Large or heavy products may ship through an LTL freight carrier, require a delivery appointment, and arrive by curbside delivery. Our Customer Commitment
We work to keep product descriptions, dimensions, materials, specifications, prices, and images accurate and current. If we discover a material listing or pricing error affecting an order, we will contact the customer and provide the appropriate next steps.
Eligible products may be returned within 90 calendar days of delivery. DANANOA covers authorized return shipping, including approved change-of-mind returns, and does not charge restocking fees. If you have a question before ordering or need help afterward, contact us and include your order number when applicable.
