At DANANOA, we are committed to clear and transparent billing. This page explains how pricing, taxes, and payments are handled for all orders placed on our website.
Pricing & Taxes
Applicable sales tax, when required, is calculated using the delivery address and displayed at checkout. Eligible orders delivered within the contiguous United States receive free standard or freight shipping as described in our Shipping Policy. We do not add undisclosed handling or service fees after an order is placed.
Accepted Payment Methods
We currently accept eligible credit and debit cards through the secure card-payment option displayed at checkout. Available payment options are shown before you place your order and may be updated from time to time.
Payment information is transmitted using industry-standard TLS/SSL encryption and processed by our payment service provider.
Card payments are processed through a PCI-DSS-compliant provider. DANANOA does not receive or store your full card number on its servers.
No Financing or Payment Plans
We do not currently offer financing or installment payment plans. All orders must be paid in full at the time of checkout.
Order Charges & Confirmation
Your payment method is charged when your order is successfully placed. Before submitting the order, you can review the items, delivery information, applicable tax, shipping charge, and final total.
Refunds
Eligible items may be returned within 90 calendar days of delivery in accordance with our Refund & Return Policy. DANANOA covers the cost of authorized return shipping and does not charge a restocking fee. Please contact us before sending an item back so we can provide return instructions and prepaid shipping arrangements.
After the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund is issued to the original payment method within 7 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit to your account.
